About NCBAA
The National Council on Black American Affairs (NCBAA) is a council of the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). NCBAA serves as a collaborative voice, promoting the academic success of African American students, faculty, staff and administrators. NCBAA’s national council is a driving force in the advocacy of equal accessibility to college for members of the black community.
The Bay State Chapter
The Bay State Chapter promotes the development of the full human potential, teaching excellence through intellectual, social, and cultural enrichment and it encourages the advancement of Black students, faculty, staff and administrators in Massachusetts' community colleges.
Mission
The Bay State Chapter provides a supportive community for Black employees and students. We foster growth and advancement through education, mentorship, advocacy, and leadership opportunities.
